Who is responsible
Goodly ApS, Århusgade 118, 2150 Nordhavn, Denmark, is the data controller for personal data processed on this website. You can reach us at hello@goodly.dk.
This policy covers goodly.dk only. Our consumer brands, such as dinsundhedsforsikring.dk, have their own privacy policies covering the data they process.
What we process, and why
When you contact us
If you write to us or use the contact form, we process the details you give us (name, e-mail, company, message) to answer you and to follow up on the conversation. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries (GDPR article 6(1)(f)) and, where the enquiry leads to an agreement, the steps needed to enter into it (article 6(1)(b)). We keep correspondence for as long as the dialogue is active and up to two years afterwards, unless a longer period is required by law or a contract.
When you visit the site
Our hosting provider, Vercel Inc., processes technical data such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested in order to deliver the site securely and reliably. We use Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights to understand how the site performs. These tools do not use cookies and do not store identifiable data about you; visits are counted using a temporary, anonymised hash that cannot be linked back to you. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in running and improving the site (article 6(1)(f)).
Who we share data with
We share personal data only with providers who process it on our behalf and under a data processing agreement: our hosting provider (Vercel) and, when the contact form is enabled, our e-mail delivery provider. We do not sell personal data and we do not share it with insurance partners unless you ask us to.
Some providers are based outside the EU/EEA. Where that is the case, transfers are based on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.
Your rights
You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. Write to hello@goodly.dk to exercise these rights.
You can also complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet), Carl Jacobsens Vej 35, 2500 Valby, datatilsynet.dk.
Changes
We update this policy when our processing changes. The date at the top shows the latest version.
