Investor relations
Goodly ApS is a privately held Danish company building specialist insurance brands. This page describes what we are building, how the business works, and how investors can reach us.
What we are building
A house of specialist insurance brands on one shared platform, starting in Denmark.
- Specialist beats generic
- People look for insurance that fits their situation, not for an insurer. Brands built for one audience with one clear promise earn that attention at a lower cost and convert better.
- A capital-light model
- Goodly earns commission from insurance partners when customers choose their products. We carry no underwriting risk and hold no insurance liabilities.
- One platform, many brands and markets
- Acquisition, journeys, consent and partner integration are built once and reused. Each new brand or market adds revenue on largely the same platform cost.
How the business works
Each Goodly brand attracts people with a specific insurance need through search, content and paid media. The brand explains the product in plain language, shows the price and takes the application. The application is handed over to the insurance partner whose product the brand distributes.
Goodly earns a commission from the partner when the customer takes out the product. Costs are concentrated in acquisition and platform development; both are shared across brands, so each additional brand or market is built on infrastructure that already exists.
We publish only markets and brands that are live. Metrics on customers, partners and volume will be added here once they are verified and material.
